We want you to be fully satisfied with your Quietly order. This Refund Policy explains your rights and how returns and refunds work.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer shopping from the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants a statutory right of withdrawal, you have the right to cancel your order and return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them, without needing to give any reason.

To exercise this right, simply contact us at info@quietlycompany.com within 14 days of receiving your order, stating that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. We will confirm receipt of your request by email.

Condition of Returned Items

We accept returns even if the packaging has been opened or the product has been used, as long as the item is returned complete with all original components. This applies even though mouth tape is a personal hygiene product — we choose to offer this flexibility to our customers.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email info@quietlycompany.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back to us. Unless the item is defective or we made an error, the cost of the return shipment is your responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item (or proof that you have sent it back), we will process your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise. No fees will be charged for this reimbursement.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@quietlycompany.com with photos of the issue within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
