Conditions générales de vente

Last updated: September 20, 2026

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms of Sale") govern all purchases made on quietlycompany.com (the "Site"), operated by Quietly ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you accept these Terms of Sale in full.

1. Products

We sell mouth tape and related sleep and breathing accessories, as described on the Site. Product photos are for illustration purposes; we make reasonable efforts to ensure descriptions and visuals accurately reflect our products.

2. Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, if any, are shown separately before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3. Order Process

An order is confirmed once you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract of sale between you and Quietly, subject to product availability.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order, using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment providers.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms, costs, and estimated timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order, without needing to give a reason, as detailed in our Refund Policy.

7. Legal Warranty of Conformity

As a consumer, you benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), free of charge. If a product does not conform or has a hidden defect, you may request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or cancellation of the sale, depending on the circumstances, without needing to prove the defect existed for up to two years after delivery.

8. Subscriptions

If you subscribe to a recurring delivery plan, the specific terms, pricing, and cancellation conditions are set out in our Subscription Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Sale for subscription orders.

9. Liability

Our products are intended as sleep and comfort accessories and are not medical devices. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order, except in cases of death, personal injury, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, or where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Complaints and Mediation
